Promenade Deck 202

Located on the second floor (Unit 202) it has two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, 2 full bathrooms and an open living room, dining area and large, modern kitchen. It is only 1/4 mile from the long, sandy beach and Palace Playland and a few steps further to the famous pier. People have been enjoying this stroll for generations.

Enjoy your beach day and come back to cool, air-conditioned comfort (aaahhh!) to cook delicious dinners in your fully stocked kitchen. -- everything you need to serve tasty meals. But why cook when all of Old Orchard's many dining options are just outside, only blocks away? There are pubs, restaurants, ice cream stands, shopping and live music within an easy walk.

In the evening, take a sunset walk along the beach and stop for a cool, colorful cocktail at one of beach bars along the way. Or just sit and relax on your small deck and people watch.

More convenience - A washer/dryer within your unit and two designated parking spots. Pet friendly too!

  We were impressed with communication before and during our stay....appreciated humor in departure directions. Very interested in re-booking and our daughter may like to book next to us with her husband and our grandkids (Aug of 2025) Are discounts available for return guests? The only thing we noticed and will share in case you are not
  aware ....when it rains...there is a fairly substantial leak from porch/deck roof ...not anything we couldn't work around. Very nice place, very clean, impressed with quality of renovation.
  A little inconvenient not to have a dining table and chairs, but island counter and stools were adequate

  Beautiful property. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, plenty of living space. Location close to beach and walking distance to the pier. Perfect for visiting our friends and family. Only suggestion would be room darkening window treatments for east facing bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

  This unit was exactly as described. New, clean, all the amenities. The starter packs in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry were all we needed for our 5 day stay. The beach is a short 5 minute walk. we were central to all the shopping and restaurants at the pier. I would definitely stay here again. The Shack restaurant had the best tasting lobster of all the restaurants we ate at. The Pier restaurant was really good as well (our waitress even gave me the shirt off her back, literally, because I liked it :) ) We were on motorcycles (2 couples) and this was an excellent central point for some good day trips (we had 2 parking spots). The best were the checkout instructions!! You will have to stay here if you want to know what they are ;)

  We had a wonderful time at the our beach rental. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable. Modern, moderate to beach, great walking too, but huge hill back, be prepared. Suggestion, bring extra towels, and expect to wake up with the sun it beams it directly into the room. Had a great time.
