  It is a nice updated unit, very clean and spacious. A 9-minute walk down the hill straight to beach access. Close to the pier, you could walk in 20 minutes but chose to drive. It is friendly but you need to walk down the street to relieve your dog as there is no yard. the people who live in the house behind the building have 2 big dogs that bark and jump at the fence when you walk by which was a little unnerving but no reflection of the rental itself as they have no control over that. The building was safe and had code for the front entrance and your unit's door which made access easy.

  Very nice, clean, spacious, condo close to the beach. This was the perfect setup for us. My only complaint ( which is super minor by the way) is that the window covering don’t keep out the light and the sun rises at 5:30 am :)

  We were here for a few days last week. The rental was immaculate, very clean. The walk to the beach was a little far to walk back and forth but we were able to park close for very reasonable pricing. The only thing I would recommend would be curtains for the bedrooms. The bright natural sunlight got us up earlier than we intended! We would 100% stay here again!

  Listing is spot on! The house was very clean, toiletries, dish detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, or left and sample size, but enough to get you started. When leaving you don’t have to clean as you do with other rentals, which is a bonus. The only negative is the beach is more than a quarter of a mile away.
