This First floor PORT SIDE 2 BR, 2 BA (Unit101) condo is bright, airy and offers a stylish eat-in kitchen with quartz counters with seating at the custom breakfast bar. It comes fully stocked with pots, pans, plates and cutlery for you to make delicious meals using the brand new stainless appliances. But why cook when you are within walking distance to all of Old Orchard Beach's great restaurant, pubs, pizza, sandwich and hamburger joints? So many options from high end to take out! Grab and go and eat on the beach for a picnic or as you walk on the famous pier. Relax in the open concept living room, and cool off after a hot day at the beach enjoying the central a/c via wall mounted mini-splits. Washer/dryer in the unit.
What’s included?
Each home comes with full linens and one set of towels per guest. So, if the home accommodates 6 people, you'll find 6 sets of towels waiting for you.
Feel free to use the washer and dryer on-site to freshen them up anytime.
Further, Coastal Maine Vacations has you covered with a handy starter kit. We provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, soaps, trash bags, and more. While it's not meant to last your entire stay, it's perfect to get you through your first night or two and help you settle in comfortably.

Things to Do in Old Orchard Beach
Why? First, there’s that beach, all seven miles of it. When the tide is out and the sun is shining, the sand goes on forever. People nestle in for a nap, play football, toss a frisbee, venture into the surf.

Walk into town. You are only 1/4 mile from the beach. An easy stroll to ice cream, pizza, the pier, restaurants and live music. Truly, a great location!
ALL of this AND two designated parking spaces and an exterior deck that offers fantastic people watching! Pet friendly too!

  My wife and I have rented properties all over the World through the various property rental services. Liz was the property manager of this property, and she was exceptional! Anything we asked or needed was quickly and professionally provided. This property was beautiful. Everything was totally new and recently renovated. It was perfectly and conveniently located to "everywhere" in Old Orchard Beach and the Portland area. The one caveat that needs to be addressed is the "sound factor!" We stayed two weeks, and had many other renters "above us." The beauty of our accommodations was the weakness of the rooms above us. New flooring is beautiful, but on floor two and three...a weakness. Bare flooring equals a really bad sound below. One of the group of renters during our stay above us were teenagers that made noises with their feet that sounded like the Russian Army marching above us at 10-11-midnight. We complained, Liz came to the rescue, and they left two days early. Thank you Liz! You saved our trip! To the owner...please put padding and carpet on your second and third floors of this property! I promise you will get get more and happier clients if you do!

  The property was exactly as advertised. Our unit was clean, well furnished, including kitchen utensils. Communication was great, I had a question on the AC upon arrival and it was addressed immediately. The location was ideal for us, the walk back from the beach is uphill but brief, less than 10 minutes. I would definitely stay again. One thing to be aware of is that it can be a little loud (footsteps of your neighbors above)

  Nicely appointed condo. Spacious with all comforts of home. Rental rep quick to answer questions. Decent location although on a rather busy street. There are really no outside accommodations (yard, deck, gas grill, fenced area). It’s basically a building with a parking lot. If you just need a place to stay and want the ORB area, it will fit your needs.
